Several planning bodies are working to ensure a smooth conference format and an ongoing, organized flow of ideas and activities.

FC planning team is the engine room of the conference; an all-hands-on-deck group of staff working in tandem with the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Strategic sessions include consultation from conference funders and with input from other organizations across the nation.

The Global Support Committee is comprised of former International Conference planners who graciously dedicate their expertise to bring their best practices, lessons learned, and trouble-shooting skills to current conference planners to support them in building a strong conference.
